Jina was the apple of her grandfather's eye. Many a fun day was spent at sea with Bill Neleski. Jina and dad Bob Haslam in 1994 flying a kite on the beach.

Jina's fondness for animals brought her to a long relationship with the Seal Cove Goat Farm in Lamoine. She really likes hanging out with the kids - both two legged and four legged!

Jina was part of the Lamoine Cheering Squad that won state championships from 5th to 7th grade. In 8th grade she gave basketball a try, and her team won the Union 92 championship. Jina learned well the concept of teamwork.

Jina was never at a loss for good friends. From left Katie Bowman, Jina, Jennifer Eckert and soaking up the attention is brother Ben. Jina, Jenn and Katie all graduated from Lamoine's 8th grade together the week before her death.
